Hmmm...interesting concept you've got going there, MM. I have to give that some more thought, but it
may be something that I could support. It could well be that people might actually
care more, if they had more of a stake in it.
It is
definitely something that I can see as a requisite for receiving public assistance. And I've
long been of the opinion that any "tagger" that's caught automatically gets 250 hours of cleaning up not only his own, but also
other peoples graffiti.
