you dont really need to count all your calories, just get a general idea of how much you take in throughout the day.
What works for me is if I'm really dying to cheat and having something sweet like chocolate cake, I cut out what I'd normally eat, and then I cut the serving in half.
fat loss shakes and stuff- i've no real experience with them, let me know how it works for you. I have read that they are basically stimulants which suppress your appetite, therefore you feel less hungry to eat, and thats how they make you lose weight.
