I've had the rare hair pop up around my nipples, and I just pluck it out if I notice one. I mean of course I have that layer of peach fuzz all over my body that we all have, but I'm talking the occasional noticeable hair. As for it being ON the actual nipple, I don't know if that's possible, I don't think the actual nipple part has hair follicles or not (?). But yes, the aerola would be where those hairs pop up. Maybe the reason men tend to have hair pop up around the aerola area would be because the actual area of the aerola is so small and it's just a matter of it being less likely to pop up in a smaller area? I dunno.
