Ok, I went a bit crazy last night, and ended up running 14.5 miles (I had set out to do only 10, but changed my route halfway through).

Self Total 226.2 miles
Grand Total 2340.7 + 23.3 = 2364km
Towards Whitehorse 340.9 + 23.3 = 364.2km (of 624km)
