Pushup and situps I can do with no problem. Don't think I can do the run though, stupid knee starts aching if I push it that hard. I can do @9minute miles comfortably, but I'm afraid to push it any harder.
hmm, maybe I'll just make that a goal and start trying to train myself to run 6:55 miles.
