Honestly, I would not be able to function in a relationship that wasn't honest and communicative, as a rule. So yes, if you were to ask my husband (he's a member here, so you actually could, lol) if he and I indeed talk openly about our sexual preferences and give each other suggestions... I'm quite sure he would concur, and tell you that it is one of the most important facets of our relationship.
