My insurance dropped by half when I move from LA to Orange County. I'm assuming you love in a good neighborhood? DuPont, Georgetown maybe? Your insurance will be a heck of a lot cheaper then and you won't need Lo Jack.
If you buy renter's insurance and car insurance at the same time, then you can get a break for both.
I was going to buy Lo Jack but it just wasn't worth the cost. No way I would have made it back.
