it has to be either your speaker or the sound card socket. there's no other alternative.

jiggle the speakers around a bit.
try headphone in the soundcard speaker output to make sure it isn't the socket.

that's all ANYONE can possibly suggest. one of the speaker wires must have been yanked to hard.
