PCI Slot Case Fans

Frankly, there's not much to this thread other than a single question: Are they worth it?

I'm interested in improving the cooling in my system, but I don't want to spend too much on it (no fancy water cooling ). Right now, I have an Intel Core 2 Duo E6400 with the stock heatsink/fan, and a GeForce 7950GT OC. I also have two case fans, one in front and one in back. I will be replacing my CPU fan with the ZALMAN CNPS9500, but I'm wondering if it might not also be a good idea to get a PCI slot fan. I would probably place it below the video card. Using PC Wizard 2007, I see that my video card is idling at about 60 degrees celsius and I figure it would be a good idea to try and get that down.

So, does anyone else have experience with PCI slot fans? Are they effective?
