7 Layer Mexican Dip
FIRST BOWL:
3 med. avocados
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt & pepper
SECOND BOWL:
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 1/2 c. sour cream
1 env. taco seasoning mix
LAYERS:
2 cans bean dip
Avocado mix
Sour cream & mayonnaise mix
1 c. chopped green onions (scallions)
3 chopped tomatoes
1 can ripe chopped olives
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Serve with Tortilla Chips or Doritos
