I've never had the opportunity to use a self check-out
I used to be a cashier at a grocery store though, and some people find it difficult enough having someone else check their groceries out, mind you having to do it themselves! I did love finding a passive agressive way to make some of em feel stupid though, helped to pass the time *evil Mr.Burns hands*
