Generally, I think genitalia become more attractive when you look at the larger picture of the person with the genitalia. Most people just don't think of a penis by itself; they think of it as being attached to a person.
This is also my point in declaring my sexual ambiguity: we don't strip people down to just their genitalia, so why should I decide whether or not to date a person based on their having a penis or vagina?
