My wife and I used to cam all the time on AdultFriendFinder, people really got into it, usually close to a hundred or so in there. But the benefit of that site, BlackIce, is that you can search for people too. A lot of couples, we found, like to have same room sex with no swapping. We also live and Jersey and there were people looking for the same thing all over the state. Plus the added benefit of living here is that you have two major metro areas, NY and Philly you can expand to if you dont mind a short drive/train ride.
