VirFighter,
Basically, take any typical single serving meal, and eat the portions separetely throughout the day. Or, eat your regular meals(but less of them), and "snack" on healthy foods in between small meals to fend the hunger off.
For example, if my "regular" meal is a a chicken breast, rice pilaf and some veggies, then I'd turn that into two meals by eating the chicken first, then the rice and veggies later.
or
It could also be just snacking on a few pieces of fruit, while making sure my "regular" 3 meals are kept smaller than normal.
