Hmmm, this is hard for me right now, but I think it would be good for me.

1) I am nice
2) I am kind
3) I am humble
4) I am a GREAT dancer (OK, may seem at odds w/#3, but being humble doesn't mean you don't recognize things you're really good at.

5) I have learned to forgive (that really ties in a lot w/#3)
6) I am fun and sociable
7) I love and take care of my family and stray cats
8) I am mentally flexible
9) I am constantly striving to improve myself, even in ways that hurt.
10) I am an excellent travel companion, even when things get difficult.

You're right, it gets harder at #8-10.
