Basically the Vice-President, Karen and Tom theorized that generals in Russia were putting pressure on President Suberov to go to war and made a call to CTU.
Cut to Josh, Doyle, Jack and CTU agents leaving the place where they rescued Josh.
Doyle takes a call and gets the order to take Josh. CTU agents subdue Jack while Doyle takes Josh away in a helecopter.
Jack screams at Doyle/the helecopter.
