Kin heard the sounds of battle as he watched the second monitor push himself off the wall and regain his composure. Risking a quick glance back, Kin saw that Akiko hadn't been able to avoid fighting after all and was currently engaging a brass-knuckled hall monitor. Quickly bringing his gaze back to the second hall monitor in front of him, Kin saw the guy rubbing his chin feverishly attempting to rub away, what Kin knew to be, a very sharp, piercing pain.
After another second or so of rubbing, the monitor's gaze finally found it's way back to Kin. Except something was different about the monitor now. He was smiling. Kin gripped his boken hard with his right hand and had to use every ounce of patience he had to keep from pummeling the smile right off the monitor's face. Calm down! Kin told himself sternly. Take a deep breath, focus, and just wait for him to come at you. Do that, and it will be a cake walk.
Kin did as he was told, took a deep breath in then exhaled slowly. It was then Kin noticed that the monitor hadn't yet picked up his weapon, and didn't seem to have any plans to as he raised his hands, balling them into fists while doing so and bulled his neck. A boxing stance? Kin asked himself. What the hell is he doi-
Kin's thoughts were stopped short as the monitor lunged at him unexpectedly with a hard right hook. Kin was able to react in time though and used the same maneuver he had before to dodge the attack. The monitor, however, seemed to expect Kin to dodge and he immediately moved into a short two punch combo- another right hook then a left jab.
Kin read the monitors motions thought and acted accordingly. Releasing his grip from his boken, Kin allowed the sword to drop to the floor in order to free up his hands. Kin then dodged the first right hook, then guided the monitor's left jab harmlessly to the side with his right hand. Kin finished his counter by doing a slight back-step and planting his left elbow into the base of the monitors neck. Kin's elbow hit the monitor hard, letting our a sickening thwack sound. Kin watched as the monitors body seemed to melt into the ground, until he lay unconcious in a crumpled heap. It was over.
Kin smirked a little, then proceeded to pick his boken up from the floor and turn his attentions to Kuro's and Aki's fights with their respective monitors.
