Yeah, I do not think there is any connection between the pee and the erection as both of them are totally based on different issues. Erection as we all know is due to the increased blood flow and the urge to pee is when one feels bloated. Still I have heard moms saying to their toddlers when it gets erect that the kid is now going to pee! Though never heard that there is any erection problem if someone withholds the urge to pee.
