I'm not aware that there is any particular size labia are "supposed" to be, any more than there is a particular shape that elbows are "supposed" to be. I suppose we can have aesthetic preferences, but I have yet to meet a vulva I didn't like. I have met people I didn't like, but if an encounter with a person progressed to where I was coming face to face (so to speak) with her vulva, then I certainly liked her well enough, and the appearance of her vulva was never an issue. I have never ever found a vulva unattractive.
