OH I agree! But kids will be kids..this go around my daughter didn't tell me she suspected she had them till one day my own head was breaking out and sores were visible...she was 'afraid' as she swears she was careful and didn't 'share' her brush or hair bows... I took one look at the back of her neck and about cried... it was so red, swollen and sore!
I just tossed all her stuffed animals in the dryer, one hour on HIGH heat and whomever survives will be washed with Dawn then dried again for good measure.
oooh..forgot my favorite hat! Going to do that now too..don't forget your hats, hair bows, brushes, combs... the hair items can be soaked in vinegar/alchohol, boiled in water or you can bag them up for two weeks. I'm going to soak/bag and pray that in two weeks we're back to normal.
The boys NEVER had this, but my one and only lil'girl brought it home a few times now... So beauty shop Sunday it is! I'll make it a game of fun time... but I'm going to lecture again on sharing personals!
