Last week was my first at a new job. I'm sure hoping this one lasts. I was a victim of the dot-com boomb/bust on a job 5 years back along with 450 others when the 'bust' happened and the company disappeared along witht he value of my stock shares.
I was laid off last year at another job due to the IT slowdown. I'm sure that all of this sounds familiar to some others on the tfp.
I 'went legit' on this newest job which means it doesn't involve (directly at least) IT work. I'm still feeling jaded however.
