I think I'm going to have to go with idiot on that one.
Daylight savings time adding an hour of sunlight? Last I checked, daylight savings time just shifted the hours of sunlight so that we can make more use of the daytime. Unless someone can tell me of a conspiracy that daylight savings time is actually a mechinism to slow down the earth's rotation during daylight hours.
