If she is seeing her gyn, she'd have been told if she had anything. As well as, that y-inf can be caused by things such as antibiotics, among other things. Because they kill the bacteria that keep the yeast in check. With one of our kids, teething=ear-infection=antibiotics=y-inf for every single danged tooth. We learned to expect it, it does happen. And at age 1-2, she wasn't "sleeping around". And if your y-inf does not go away, all the way, it will be back full force.
But it sounds like her gyn is giving her a clean bill of health. I'd ask her why she's accusing you of cheating and ask if she has a guilty conscience. Or maybe she's picking up bad vibes when you admire elsewhere.
