lol, yup, in this case, 4th, you ARE erroneous!
like spec said, IRC nicknames can't start with digits. 2 things. #1: try the chat link again, and when you get that error, type "/nick forthTimeLucky" This MAY not work, I'm honestly not sure. BUT, if it doesnt, do a google search on mIRC, and as spec said, join the server irc.irvingnet.net and "/j #tfp"
All these commands should be entered WITHOUT quotes, by the way. if you ahve any more problems, let me know.
