opps miss read your OP, you want cells below to be colored as well... that would take a macro.
A quick and dirty would be to organize vendors by sheet, and have sheet one be an aggregate of all vendors

Of course she could. I should clarify. It's not a matter of finding the information. There are a myriad of ways for her to find the information, this is more about how she wants it formatted. It seems to be a matter of aesthetics rather than actual function.
