I feel that rush, too, but it rushes from my chest down to my doodah. So I usually don't drink at all unless I'm home with hubby. And I get a bit dizzy, and think more slowly. It usually doesn't last long, though, because I go to sleep. I won't say how ridiculously low my limit is.
