Also, banning certain types of weaponry for civilian usage is pretty much declaring that the framers of the constitution and BoR were idiots that had no business declaring individual rights anyway. Maryland has already spent over a billion on the bullet printing technology and it hasn't solved a single crime yet and if you wish to have a law that mandates telling authorities when your property is stolen, why not make it mandatory to notify authorities when ANY of your property is stolen?
