For people who can get sex on a regular basis masturbation to porn on the internet can be exciting and can be more orgasmic than normal sex mostly do to zero emotional content involved. You don’t have to worry about your partner’s feelings or your sexual ability. This is normal and has been around since porn was first invented. If you are having trouble with having a “normal” sex life then take your sex life out of the bedroom or if this is not a option then try something new like maybe playacting, new positions or try tying yourself or your partner up. The best advice I can give you is try something new. If you are still having problems then you may need counseling.

For those who don’t have a partner or a regular partner there is no such thing as too much masturbation. The only things you should watch out for is friction burns and if it is causing problems with your normal life routine. For example masterbating in an inappropriate place like in public. Masturbation at work is normal (I forgot what the percentage of people who masturbated at work was and it was high for men and moderate for woman). When I say in public I mean in front of people who do not want to see you masturbate or in front of inappropriate members of our society.
