This is a paradoxical statement that contradicts itself.
A Real Doll?
Do you mean real as in a tangible object, as opposed to the essence of a doll in your memory?
No, you cannot fuck a "real doll" for the reasons that it being real would declassify it as a doll, or the latter being that you just want to experience a sex doll to get you off, thus completing your "real" fucking of the doll in question.
