First off, I suppose you've not travelled through too many third world countries but yes, in fact there are places that remote. This village in particular, they had 3 water pumps built so they could at least have fresh running water flowing to their village, but 2 broke down beyond repair and they couldn't get the last to work for half a year because of the difficulty of getting the parts there, not to mention the cost. Aside from the water pumps they have nothing, no toilets but trenches cut into the ground with concrete slabs to sit on, no electricity of course.
Second. when he headbutted my teach, he broke the skin on his own forehead. It is possible, test it out if you dont believe me.
Third, are you serious... its that hard to believe that someone could hold a grudge... It is kind of a feature of human nature.
