I don't think it's a matter of a failure to comprehend on anyone's part but your own. While you very well may be whatever it is that you consider to be the realest of all real people with the misfortune to be trapped in a world of fakers - or for word I've have used when I was 15,
poseurs - that does very little to make you look less like the belligerent and rambling ass you've made yourself into.
Get a job in retail, do some volunteer work, do anything that forces you to work with various types of people and you'll realize that we're all much more the same than we'll ever be different and while you certainly can't be best friends with everyone - with the right perspective you'll find that there's always something to appreciate in each person.
And as for those shady, "human cattle" types - do anything I've suggested and you'll soon realize that you're better off focusing on yourself rather than trying to accomplish the impossible by accurately assessing the value of a persons entire existence through your relationship with them.
