My hunch is that one of the Lost will kill her in a rage, only to find out she wasnt working for the Others after all. That sort of guilty act is a common theme among the players.

do think that she is still working for the others, she is really conniving and plays the head games as well as Ben. And if you all remember in next week's preview it was Saywer not Sayid, that wanted answers and is willing to kill if he doesn't get them.
