It seems very spur of the moment, an emotional reaction, but who knows how it may be viewed in Pakistan. To a western perception, it is an emotional, spontaneous way of killing someone.

The Jamaican police are right though - Woolmer is a very big guy and strangling someone with bare hands is a very hard thing to do, physically. A man might strangle a female victim where there is a big size discrepancy, but Woolmer must've weighed in at 250 at least.
