Yeah but $300 on top of $200 I'd spend for the 360's HD-DVD player is now $500, right around the price of a PS3. And hey, I get the console portion of it all for an extra $100 essentially. I can get emu's running in Linux for sure (hopefully) along w/ my gamepads.
I'm researching more into the Linux end, but if it's working like how I'm hoping it does, it seems like a very viable addition to a media center type situation.
Just wondering if anyone had personal experience with the PS3/Linux side of things.
