I agree with the sentiment that it all depends on the woman and what she has chosen to adorn her body with.
I've seen some tattoos that are just... unfortunate. Others have pique my interest in all the right ways. There is this one woman I know that has a full sleeve... hottest thing ever. It just suits her.
