The VA is a very flawed system I don't deny that, but it is better than it used to be.

My apologies, roachboy, for continuing a threadjack but I'm compelled to correct the above statement. The
Veterans Administration has nothing to do with Building 18 or the hospital. Those facilities are under the direction of the
Department of Defense. The VA actually serves veterans, not returning soldiers, and has a reputation of doing a reasonably good job of it.
