How do you think I know about this stuff? One of my accounts had this basic scenario happen, except the spiders were replaced with ants. And they used spray paint. And one of the guys responsible for the fire was a huffer. I only wrote the liability, so it wasn't that bad beyond a few smoke inhalation claims from tenants that didn't have the ant problem. One of my property cohorts was on it though, and it was something like a $15M claims I think.
