Hey guys, it's been a while since I've updated. The ultrasound found several cysts which I expected, although they still want me to go see a surgeon. Personally I'd rather just leave it alone and keep an eye on it. So folks, looks like it should be alright, thanks for the support and kind thoughts, yet again as I continue to fall apart
