Can it be done? Oh sure! Can it be done for less than a half decent set of computer speaks with a good enough sub? Not a chance.

You would need an amp to drive them, crossovers to remove anything above roughly 100-150Hz, depending on tha sub & music. You would also need the box for the sub, but I am assuming you have that already. A 2.1 amp that is capable of driving the subs would be all you need, really, but you're looking at a few hundred minimum.

Better idea, sell them to some kid, take the cash and put them into something more ideal.
