I've worked in aerospace most of my career, and we get 2 week per year to start, but some of the big companies are starting with three, partially to make up for not offering anywhere near as good of retirement packages as they used to. My company has not started this progressive line of thought.

Also, we all tend to get only 5 days a year sick time, which sucks.
