The writers of this show really know how to make Michael absurd up until the point where it's ridiculous and then bring him back down to a humanistic level where he is actually capable of human interaction. Michael throwing the candy bars at the students had me laughing out loud, but the very best part of the episode was the end with Michael and Pam.

I loved that part too... although it was hard for me to watch because when Pam hugged him I kept thinking that Michael was going to ruin it by assuming Pam was hitting on him. But since that didn't happen, the scene was definitely awesome and memorable. It was also good to see it followed up by Michael hanging the painting in the office for everyone to see.
