Dave and I decided today I wont take anymore....the stomach cramps its causing are becoming dibilitating to my day. I would just feel better if I could isolate what exactly is in this stuff thats causing that

Its interesting....I only weigh on friday mornings and after 6 days of taking this...I've lost 2 pounds
no I didnt take it this morning, hopefully the damn stomach ache is going to go away...but I thought it was interesting I DID, for the first time since I had my surgery and was cleared to exercise, register a weight loss
