1: He was a friend, NOT a member of the military. He was charged in the state court system. (Yes I know the UCMJ is more strict)
2: You are asking a question which obviously I cannot supply an answer.
I wasn't involved in the investigation, so I have no idea. Perhaps
the feds wanted to have jurisdiction, and if it was a pedophilia case,
then it would be in state court?
3: What was the question here? It appears more of a statement.
4: Why troubling? He died. I am not saying the means in which he died
was correct, I just said he got what he deserved, i.e. death!
