Leptopril is a drug: it's called caffeine.
If your stomach hurts, it could be the caffeine... I read it has 200mg, which is equal to two cups of coffee or eight cups of black tea. If you're sensitive to caffeine, it can cause stomach upset, among other nasty things.
This product also contains ephedrine, of which I've heard so many things that I would never take it myself. I think this could be causing your stomach issues as well. Green tea could be too, but I don't know how much is in this product.
There should be a better (and safer) way to meet your goals. Have you been to a nutritionist? I'm not convinced by your "eating right." What does that mean, exactly? There is a lot of misleading dietary information out there. Did I say "a lot"? What I meant to say was "a ridiculous amount."
