check it out.. I read this somewhere but I was too chicken to do it when I worked in a grocery store. Get a large plantain banana, chop off the ends and squeeze out the insides... and use it to stroke. And let us all know how it ends up.
there are different grips that you can use, different body positions.. you got a lot of choices
