Looks fairly good to me. Maybe up the HD to 250 GB, it shouldn't cost much more. I would definitely scrap the sound card. Also, I don't know if I would go with the power supply included with the case. I would go with a 450W or so as well.
I just built a E6300 system about a month ago, it's awesome and so easily overclockable if you're into that. I got mine up to 2.8 GHz no problem right off the bat.
