Another vote for Captain America. Done right the story has tremendous potential. Done wrong it could be another Punisher. Hmm ... I picture Clive Owen in the role.
A crossover film like Spider-man and the FF 4 (only by Sam Rami, of course). I actually thing the Sam Rami Spider-man is terrific.

Dr. Strange - another idea with good potential. It needs to have the right artistic direction, though to make it true to its roots.
