Smith and Wesson:
They recently sold me a pistol with a bad defect. When I called to complaign they sent me a UPS overnight air shipping label and I had my pistol back, fixed, six days after I mailed it to them. It didn't cost me a dime and they gave me $160 tritium sights for free as compensation for the inconvenience.
That is above and beyond customer service.
