When I was initially typing it out, the title didn't include the "Relief" part. Then I realized that I didn't want to be misleading, at that the feeling of relief was the most important thing.

By all means, people could/should post similar experiences. I didn't really know what my intention of this thread was, maybe its a bit of a cathartic post. I was sitting with the computer beside me when I finally talked to her on the phone. I felt like I should tell somebody, but I didn't think that I could phone up my buddies. "Hey man, some hockey game huh? Well, anyway, I had convinced myself that the love of my life had died a terrible death, but it turns out she is alright. Yep, see you at wings tomorrow night. Later"
