Leatherman & Victorinox - highest quality tools available, and they've both bailed my butt out in times that could have been serious trouble.
Scotiabank - They have consistently made what could have been truly painful, embarassing & stressful banking encounters into pleasurable ones. I was dealing with the CIBC for years, but when the life insurance money for my wife came they were dicks. Scotiabank said "We're so sorry for your loss... how can we help?" Then only a couple weeks ago I was in a city far from home and needed to write a cheque from another bank and deposit it with no hold on it. The lady looked up my account from my home city, and said "Sure thing. Can I do anything else to help you?". I'm a customer for life.
